Haven is an imaginary non-profit institution/brand I created as my thesis project.
More than 2,35,000 people in Canada experience homelessness every year. Many of these people die due to insufficient awareness of nearby shelter homes, warming centers, food and hospitals. This is where Haven comes to the rescue. Haven is a government-funded non-profit organization that provides one mobile phone with an internet connection per homeless person to access the app and its features. Haven helps homeless people find food, warming centers, shelter homes and hospitals within a five-kilometre radius by turning on location settings on their mobile phones.
